Our fajitas are carefully marinated and mesquite wood-grilled for a one-of-a-kind flavor. The mesquite wood flavor native to Texas sets our fajitas apart from most. We also only use the finest cut of USDA choice grade outside skirt meat and the freshest butterflied chicken breasts you can find.
After our fajitas are grilled, they’re served with sizzling grilled sweet peppers and onions and presented to guests with our fresh-pressed flour or corn tortillas, fresh Mex rice, charro beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, cilantro sour cream, jalapenos and our Mexican butter.
