We are Kennedy Concepts Kennedy Concepts Inc. was founded in 1999 by Chad Kennedy in the ever growing and highly visited mountain town of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. What started off as one Sports Grill, Puckers, expanded into four different restaurants in Gatlinburg. Before we jump into the four restaurants, let’s cover our mission statement and values here at Kennedy Concepts.
Mission Statement: Our mission at Kennedy Concepts is to enrich the lives of our guests and our team members. We do this through continually developing, innovating and growing as a unified team while providing the best food, drinks, service and overall experience to our guests.
Values: Although we uphold many values, there are 5 core values that are an absolute requirement at Kennedy Concepts. Those values are quality, consistency, authenticity, creativity and hospitality. Our core values and mission statement unite to create a strong team that is fully equipped to serve over 500,000 guests on average a year.
Now that you know a little background, let’s talk about our four concepts. Our four restaurants are Puckers Sports Grill, Crawdaddy’s Restaurant & Oyster Bar, Loco Burro Fresh Mex Cantina and Johnny Rockets.
Puckers Sports Grill
Puckers Sports Grill was truly what started it all. Our Founder, Chad, opened Puckers when he was just 22 years old. Today, 21 years later, it’s still a local favorite in the area. Puckers Sports Grill has the entertainment, cold drinks, and delicious food. Its real puckin’ good! With 12 HDTVs playing must see NFL, College game days, UFC and Boxing, we have it all.
We recommend trying our Famous Jumbo Wings with 12 homemade sauces to choose from. We also have mouthwatering Appetizers, Flatbreads, Burgers, Sandwiches, and much more. For drinks, we recommend trying everything! From specialty drinks, beer, frozen drinks, and much more, you truly can’t go wrong.
Crawdaddy’s Restaurant & Oyster Bar
Crawdaddy’s Restaurant & Oyster Bar opened in 2002. It quickly adopted the motto, “Great food and good times.” That couldn’t be more accurate. From the very beginning, our traditional Cajun-style food in a unique New Orleans inspired atmosphere harmoniously blended seafood and comfort food. We like to think of it as a downtown by the sea feel all while being surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains.
We recommend trying our Oysters, Low Country Boil and Jambalaya. Did we mention that our Bacon-Wrapped Cajun Sirloin is delicious, too? Check out our menu. We guarantee you’ll have a hard time choosing between all of our favorites. Crawdaddy’s has fantastic bar drinks as well! One of our most famous drinks is our Daddy’s Famous Fish Bowl.
Loco Burro Fresh Mex Cantina
Loco Burro Fresh Mex Cantina opened in 2011. Fun fact: We are the only rooftop bar in Gatlinburg and let me be the first to say that the view is breathtaking. Loco Burro is a one stop destination for all your Tex-Mex needs.
We’re best known for our World-Famous Mesquite Grilled Fajitas, our Freshly Squeezed Margaritas and thirst-quenching Sangrias. We have so many menu items you are sure to find something that you’re craving. Come dine with us and ignite the fiesta!
Johnny Rockets
Johnny Rockets of Gatlinburg opened in 2011, too. What makes our Johnny Rockets unique is it’s a locally owned franchise. Our 50’s diner setting and music creates a one-of-a-kind environment for our guests.
We recommend trying one of our eight different Burgers. Did you know that all entrees come with unlimited Fries? Yes, you heard that right…unlimited! We also have Cheese Fries, Bacon Cheese Fries and Chili Cheese Fries. YUM. You can’t leave without trying one of our hand spun shakes. Check out our menu to see all of our shake flavors!
